FIRS Training Date: We’re glad to bring you the latest update on the FIRS training date and every other thing you need to know about the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
In this article, we’ll show you how to check if you are among the many candidates who have been shortlisted for the next phase of the FIRS recruitment which is the nationwide FIRS training exercise.
Candidates who sat for the just concluded FIRS aptitude test are hereby informed that the Federal Inland Revenue Service has not released the results of the FIRS CBT aptitude test and the names of candidates who are qualified for the next phase of the recruitment exercise.

FIRS Training DateÂ
The FIRS training date for the FIRS recruitment is not yet out as of the time of this publication.
Candidates are hereby advised to always visit the FIRS portal login (www.firs.gov.ng)Â in order to know when the FIRS training date would be released.

FIRS Training RequirementsÂ
All successful candidates are to report to their various FIRS training camp with original and photocopies of the following:
- Original and photocopies of credentials
- Four copies of 5 by 7 colour photograph without cap/hat,
- Writing materials to include biro, pencils, ruler, notebooks and file jacket,
- Three pairs of white (unmarked) round neck vests and navy blue shorts (without stripes) and two pairs of white and black socks.
Others are “two pairs of pure black canvas trainers (rubber type NOT acceptable), two white bedsheets and pillowcases, two black trousers and white long sleeve shirts, One blanket (grey or army green colour), two pairs of national dress or suit and casual wears with shoes, Bucket, cutlasses and brooms to be purchased on arrival, some pocket money and toiletries, two black cloth facemasks.
The FIRS training will hold in the designated locations within each State including the FCT. The screening centers for each state will soon be announced.
